Training with Ken Sanoski

Ken has been providing training for shooters of all levels over the past 7 years. Ken can provide any shooter with the knowledge required to hone their skill set for all facets of precision rifle shooting. Training with Matt Stiner

Matt has been providing training for hunters and PRS competitors for the last 7 years. Matt has a strong focus in Rimfire and PRS training. If you are looking to improve your in your PRS skills or rimfire skills through positional shooting, data collection, and an over understanding of rimfire competitions please reach out to Matt Stiner.

INTRODUCTION TO LONG RANGE SHOOTING

The MKM two-day introduction to long range shooting course is designed for the novice marksman that has limited experience shooting beyond a few hundred yards. This will be a thorough course beginning with firearms safety and rapidly transitioning into equipment comprehension, fundamentals of marksmanship, external ballistics, wind reading, range estimation and finally moving targets. Students can expect to engage targets out to 1000 yards. Students will complete the course with a basic proficiency in firearm safety, and marksmanship fundamentals, a combined knowledge of their personal capabilities with their equipment, and systematic training methods for future progression. Our instructors consist of high level competitive PRS shooters Mark McCensky, Ken Sanoski and Matt Stiner.

Recommended Equipment

  • 308, 6.5mm, 6mm or similar caliber precision rifle capable of one minute of angle accuracy
  • Match ammunition (minimum 100-125 rounds per day)
  • Quality scope with adjustable turrets and MIL or MOA reticle
  • Bipod
  • Rear Bag
  • Cleaning kit
  • Pen, pencil, highlighter
  • Rifle data book or notebook
  • Calculator
  • Eye and ear protection
  • Comfortable yet durable clothing (pants and long sleeved shirt recommended)
  • Durable footwear

All Registered Participants will receive a questionnaire prior to approval for the class. Please respond to the questionnaire in a timely manner as it will provide us the information needed to effectively run the class.

1-DAY PRS PREP CLASS

The MKM Precision 1-Day PRS prep class is designed to improve your PRS match strategy and performance. This course will focus on the processes and procedures that top PRS Pro’s use when approaching stages. This class will consist of 6 PRS stages in which students will what PRS Pro’s work through their processes before turning it over to the students to engage. All while being coached through to ensure proper strategy and technique is being used. This will be a fast paced class in which students should expect to shoot 100-120 rounds.

 

Prerequisites:

  • This class is designed for students that have competed in PRS matches and are looking to improve their match placement.
  • This class not for a first time PRS participant

  • Students should arrive with their normal PRS loadout.

All Registered Participants will be vetted out prior to the class to ensure that this class is a good fit for their needs.
